1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, wf777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

You are obligated to keep your registration information current and accurate. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. wf777 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4 Account Security

13 Account Suspension & Closure

wf777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring us to do so.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, wf777 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, legitimate funds will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their wf777 account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of all applicable KYC checks.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wf777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notwithstanding the above, wf777 reserves the right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
